Test Results

Results of all tests may be obtained by telephone or calling at reception.

Some tests take longer than others therefore the doctor may not authorise results until all are returned from the laboratory. Please telephone between 2.00 - 4.00pm when results will have been reported on by the doctor. Please leave at least 4 working days before telephoning for results.

Please telephone after 4.00pm for urine results.

Home Visits

The doctor will attend at home if he feels the patient is too ill to come to the surgery.

Please try to telephone BEFORE 11.00am if you think a home visit is necessary. The doctor will discuss this immediately if it is an emergency or may call you back if this is more appropriate.

Please give our receptionist the name, address, telephone number and date of birth of the patient and as much medical detail as possible.
