Flu Vaccinations!!!! 

If you are eligible for the flu vaccine, please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment.

Flu appointments are now available for the following patients: All children aged 2 years and over, not yet at primary school. All patients aged 65 years and over. Pregnant women. Any at risk patients such as DIABETES, CKD, COPD, CHD and CHRONIC LIVER DISEASE. Please make an appointment at Reception.

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Test Results

Results of all tests may be obtained by telephone or calling at reception.

Some tests take longer than others therefore the doctor may not authorise results until all are returned from the laboratory. Please telephone between 2.00 - 4.00pm when results will have been reported on by the doctor. Please leave at least 4 working days before telephoning for results.

Please telephone after 4.00pm for urine results.

Patient Registration

Patients registering from one GP practice to another either within Northern Ireland or transferring from Great Britain.

To register with the practice please bring your medical card to reception. You will also need to complete the following form: HS200 which can be printed by clicking on the link below or calling at reception. Please note you will also need to provide photographic ID on registration.


Application to register with a GP Practice for eligible visitors or persons taking up ordinary residence in Northern Ireland

If you wish to register you must complete the following form HSC/R1 and provide the relevant supporting documentation. Forms are only available from the reception desk.

If you require further information please speak to one of our receptionists.

All new patients will be given an appointment to see the Doctor and the Practice Nurse. Please complete the questionnaire below and bring it to your new patient medical appointment.
